If you need an application that doesn't exist in our catalog, we build it. You pay a fixed POC fee upfront to fund the proof-of-concept. Once validated and live, your POC fee is credited against your first year's subscription. From year 2 onwards, it's the normal annual tier price.
Bug fixes and standard roadmap enhancements are always free — they're included in your subscription. Custom development is only for features that don't exist in any catalog app and are specific to your organization. These are priced per day, quoted in advance.
