Yes. ESS Monitor, Security Manager, and the Month End Control checklist tier are free forever. No seat caps, no ledger limits, no time-bombed trial. You pay only when you want automation in Month End Pro, or when you buy one of our standalone products (APGuard, Encais).
What do I get in Month End Pro?
Automation and Oracle integration — the things that actually cut days off close week. ESS job auto-submission, live gate validations (FX rates, unposted journals, period status), approval workflows, Slack/Teams notifications, custom templates, historical analytics, and audit trail. The checklist itself stays free.
How much does Month End Pro cost?

How is this different from BlackLine or FloQast?
BlackLine is $100K+ and targets large enterprises across any ERP. FloQast targets SMB across any ERP. ERPUX is Oracle-Fusion-specialized — tighter integration, faster deployment, better price. If you run Oracle Fusion Cloud, we'll do more for less.
What's the difference between ERPUX and APGuard / Encais?
ERPUX is your Oracle operations cockpit — monitoring, close coordination, admin. APGuard is an AP fraud-detection product. Encais is AR cash application. Different problems, different buyer personas, different pricing — each priced on its own page.
Can I self-host ERPUX in my own Oracle tenancy?
Not today. ERPUX is a hosted SaaS at erpux.com. We run on Cloudflare + Neon with per-client database isolation for enterprise tenants. Each customer's Oracle credentials are stored encrypted in their own OCI Vault.
What happens to my data if I stop paying for Month End Pro?
You keep the free checklist tier. Historical automation data is retained for 90 days in case you come back. Nothing is deleted while you still have an active ERPUX account.
Can I request a new app that's not in the catalog?
Yes — use the request system inside ERPUX. We review weekly and prioritize by impact plus frequency across tenants. Requests from paying customers get extra weight.
